What does "Peace Oh My! Certified" actually mean?
A Certified provider has cleared our full vetting process within the last 12 months, completed the Academy curriculum for their role, and has live access to bookings via our matcher. Certification is pulled immediately if any of those lapse.
How often are background checks refreshed?
Annually, no exceptions. The provider profile shows the most recent refresh date.
What happens if a provider's rating drops?
Any provider whose rolling rating falls below 3.5 is auto-flagged for admin review. New bookings pause while we investigate and either coach, retrain, or off-board.
Are providers employees or independent?
Independent — but trained, vetted, and matched through our standardized model. Same standard, anywhere.
